I have been a patient for over 20 years I have always had great service & care from doctors and staff. In the last 5 years my health has deteriorated and have many long term painful conditions and I am on many medicines . The doctors are great explain everything in detail and they do listen to you, they don't just send you a way with a pill ,as I am only in my 40's so they are trying all ways to reduce my medication , giving advice on ways to manage my conditions . People moan that the doctors don't listen but you have a10 min appointment they cant deal with 3 and 4 different ailments in that time why don't they book a double appointment if they have more than one or two ailments the doctors never mind if you do this and it stops the doctors falling behind. The only negative is when ringing for an appointment in a morning but you are doing things to improve this by Sunday openings ,early morning app, online app system which shows you are trying to deal with negatives. The only suggestion I can think of is maybe a way of doing appointments by Skype as some ailments cant be explained over phone so needs a face to face appointment were with Skype you can see the problem . All in all fantastic practice, good doctors , good staff, great care
