We have been registered at the this practice for some 17 years and have had nothing but consideration given to us and our needs the entire staff are more than helpful and considerate to both of us. I do feel however that when some patients feel that they dont get the service they feel they should have they need to look at themselves and their behaviour towards the staff who are doing their very best to help them. It infuriates me when I overhear patients speaking in a very disrespectful manner to the staff. This is a very professional practice with pleasant thoughtful and most of all helpful staff. I also enjoy the facility of online ie EMISS appointment booking and reordering of drugs this is not to say that the staff in the reordering of prescription items arent just as helpful as they have also been so very helpful when we have had queries or had problems my husband and I thank all the staff at the practice for all their hard work and support both my husband and I have always been afforded.
