If you NEED to see a doctor it is easy to get an appointment. The receptionists are very pleasant, efficient and co-operative and try to accommodate appointments in an orderly, prioritised, way. The staff who issue repeat prescriptions are very pleasant and extremely helpful - Angela, Michelle and Jeanette always work with a smile and always try to meet your prescription needs. Today, during a power cut, the staff still functioned by writing urgent prescriptions by hand - nice to know we still have people who can work without computers and keep things moving.
