I am not sure if the practice now takes in existing patients. Impossible to get an appointment with a doctor, at best you might see a nurse. You have to be interrogated by a nurse over the telephone to see if you can even come to the practice. You cannot book in advance either by telephone or through the portal " system online" that has been taken away. Trying to order a repeat prescription brings up all sorts of barriers. I have been a patient of the practice for over 25 years and it appears the practice does not want to see any patients.

Suggested improvements
Be able to book appointments in advance. Take down the barriers and let patients access the surgery.
