Great reception staff who spoke to the doctor about my very unwell daughter and therefore she was seen earlier. It still takes approx 15-20 minutes to get through on the phone, however despite this a same day appointment is usually available. This time the only available appointments were in the afternoon which felt a bit late in the day hence the receptionist talking to the doctor.
