despite there only being an afternoon service you talked to the doctors and arranged to see my sick daughter earlier, thank you.
It is still really hard to get through on the phone only to find most appointments have already gone. Today it took 20 mins on continuous redial to get through (though the receptionist was fab when I did speak with her)
