The booking and appointments system seems to be fundamentally broken. I went in and was then asked by the doctor to make a follow up appointment 2 weeks later - the front desk couldn't do this as their system doesn't allow it, had to phone up again on a later day to make the appointment. On the follow up, was asked to book a further follow up with the nurse - again, this proved impossible at the desk. Also the on-line booking is almost useless, it only ever has a few times and I always end up having to ring (first thing in the morning as, of course, I can't book an appointment for the next day by phone!) Also both the appointments were half an hour late to be seen by the doctor. When you put all this together, I'd suggest you might get on better by ditching the appointment system altogether and simply going for a turn-up & wait to get seen system - it seems unlikely I'd have been waiting any longer, and could have saved all the time/money/stress for everyone involved with the 'booking' system. The doctors themselves all seen fine, just the system is a mess.
