The GP is usually very helpful. I am writing about adverse changes to the much improved online booking system. In the past it would offer you multiple time slots to choose from (similar if you called or came in person). Now it unfortunately only offers one (even logging in at 8:30 when system opens) making it less convenient. Also difficult if needing to book for two family members (eg 2 kids)
