Telephone contact poor phoned 3 times to find out it a patient waiting here for an ambulance was still here.

The first contact was working from home the record contact was in Millbrook and the third was upstairs and had no idea what was happening downstairs that did fixed out.

Always as helpful as possible. Dr. Will ring but its not as good as face to face.

Not such a long message when getting through to reception, mast receptionist are very helpful a couple can be very abrupt (not helpful).
