The doctor made incorrect entry in the fit note though I explained my condition (the same I have for over 5 years and which is written in my medical record) 3 (three !!!) times.

Listen to the patients and read records carefully.

If you love filling out utterly uneccessry forms over and over again with the same information - then this is the GP surgery for you! Additionally, if the only person you ever want to be able to speak to is a receptionist who is able to tell you absolutely nothing of use (and will sometimes even just repeat things back to you that you told them on one of the aforementioned endless forms) - then this could be a great option! If you want medical treatment of any kind though it's probably best avoided tbh.

Can’t delete my post below but Renata reception manager has called me since and was friendly and assured me that she will organise getting my test results. I hope that is that case. Would like a response of when a doctor will call with them.

I have been with this doctor six years or more and now in the process of changing. Reception team including Renata on reception used to be friendly now rude. Doctor mustafa very unemphetic and condescending and even if you call at 8 AM on the dot you don’t get an appointment it’s an e consult that can take days for them to review it. I am going into battle with them just to call the lab at the hospital to get my results. Awful just awful since the change from Dr Bentley as practice manager/ owner it’s been awful!

More empathetic doctors and polite reception staff and appointments when you call at 8 am
