Very difficult to get an appointment, even if you sign up for online appointment booking (last time I tried to book online there were NO appointments). Receptionists not helpful and want to know what the medical problem is, which they are not supposed to. When told you would rather discuss with a GP you might end up getting told that you 'would be wasting an appointment'... not good.
Some of the GPs might benefit from making eye contact with the patient rather than addressing their computer screen.
