To understand how a GP surgery runs helps to understand that yes it can be difficult to get an appointment with a certain dr. but if you are happy to see any doctor then appointments are always available. All doctors at this surgery have access to your records, so continued care can be given. Excellent Care given and receptionists, although extremely busy and sometimes stressed, are efficient and helpful.
