"Thank you for calling Pall Mall Surgery, our phone lines are extremely busy and we can not accept your call." No online booking system since the start of the pandemic and no available phone line or queue system. Difficult to rate a doctors that you can not get treatment from. Left me no choice but to go to A&E when things got too bad.

Suggested improvements
More receptionists and more phone lines or reinstate the on line booking service. Duh! This practice was fine until it absorbed another doctors practice after he retired and now it clearly can not cope with the extra work load.
