It is easy to get to see a doctor any weekday by queuing up in the morning. I do appreciate this and the late night on a Tuesday for both the doctor and the nurse, helps those of us who work, although these have to be booked. The appointments go quickly. Maybe a case for more?
It is not so easy to get an appointment to see the nurse. There is no open surgery so perhaps a day for the nurse. This said I am more than happy with the Orchard surgery.

Thank you - unfortunately the nurse and HCA do get incredibly busy. We are not able to offer open surgery mornings for the nurse and different length of times are needed for particular treatments - ie Cervical Smear 20 minutes, b/t 10 mins.
