While visiting a consultant friend in the Midlands, he advised that my wife go immediately to her doctor because of the ongoing infection in her leg. On returning the same day we visited the surgery with an emergency situation, this being the continued infection from the original cellulitis infection. The receptionist was excellent in caring and manner, making an appointment possible within ten minutes. Dr Gardener was most caring with the original infection and again this time. What was so reassuring, when mentioning that the consultant friend recommended a certain antibiotic, Dr Gardener did not react negatively, but still showed his kind and considerate manner, a modest and commendable attitude, one that you can relate to. The nurse has always been helpful and considerate also. Thank you all for your ongoing assistance.
