Having the Open Surgery system, it meant that I knew my daughter would be seen today. All the doctors (permanent or loccum) have always been knowledgeable and take their time with you, you never feel that you are being rushed through on a conveyer belt.
Could not ask for better.

Thank you - we do try to give patients as much time as they need, if we do run behind it is because a patient needed that extra bit of time with a GP and means you would as well if needed.
