if you want to be seen by a doctor go somewhere else. The booking system is so flawed, it potentially could be a month to be seen by somebody especially given the incompetent receptionist. If you are not lucky enough to get an appointment by phone within 5 minutes, tough, try again the next day, etc etc. I had a terrible pain in my shoulder which was progressively getting worse, I was told to go to the walk-in centre, whats the point of this surgery
