Requested a telephone apt after being ill for over 7 days, and speaking with a pharmacist. Receptionist arranged one, and no GP called. I'm not trying to call them again, and I've been ringing through for over 7 minutes in total. The service is dreadful, and now the phone has just disconnected. I got better service in another NHS.
