On the 29 December last I was seen by Dr John Garlick at the surgery; John's diligence, care and diagnostic ability was brilliant and supported by Angela Paddon sent me to the GWH where eight days on ICU improved my situation. I am certain without the care and professional ability shown by John Garlick the outcome would have been very different. Tim Ballard has created a practice which is outstanding, with Doctors of great ability supported by caring and professional nursing and support staff, efficiently managed by Keith. Thank you so very very much.
