I attended the practice on Wednesday 25th November and was blown away by the high level of patient care - from both the GP that I saw and the reception staff.
While in the waiting room, I began to feel very sick and was anxious at the prospect of being ill in front of the other attendees. I asked the receptionist for a bowl, and she promptly whisked me away to an empty room and provided me with a bowl and glass of water. The doctor collected me there, gave me a thorough exam, and provided me with very clear advice on diagnosis and treatment.
I'm a relatively new patient to the surgery and so far have been really impressed with my experiences there. Thank to all of the staff.
