Each contact with the surgery is positive; from the lovely and always helpful receptionists, to the fantastic GP’s who take the time to listen, engage and are always responsive to patient needs to the fantastic community pharmacists attached to the surgery. Even through the difficult COVID period, the surgery still offered face to face for patients as required following a telephone triage
