Doctors and support staff are caring, knowledgeable and approachable. The daily Walk In Clinic means you will be seen any day if you arrive before a given time, however this means seeing the doctor on that day, appointments with other partners can be booked in person, by phone or online. The surgery operates two early morning (7.30 am) surgeries each week for those who need to get to work. Being able to order repeat prescriptions on line is convenient, and it is possible to opt to have prescriptions delivered electronically to a chosen pharmacist for added convenience. The surgery has both male and female GP's.
An added bonus would be the facility to access own medical records on line, though this may be in the planning at the moment.
The practise also has a nurse and a health care assistant for regular monitoring of long term chronic conditions eg diabetes and asthma, a health care assistant for blood tests, and an onsite pharmacy.
We have been with the practise as a family for over twenty years and have frequently recommended them to family and friends, who also now say how pleased they are with the service offered.
