Greeted by a lady with a scowl, made me feel like I was a nuisance & was not receptive towards me at all. I had explained that I had tried to get an appointment with a GP several times & I would like to see someone regarding my 6 year old boy. Apparently this did not warrant a response from her - to be honest I don't know what would! However the receptionist sat next to decided to move & finally got an appointment to be seen in 40 minutes which I was more than happy with! I rarely visit urgent care & after today I won't be rushing back anytime soon. May I suggest employing people with good interpersonal skills to represent the NHS - the current receptionist is a disgrace
