I was in conveniently and treatment was on time and administered in an informative and prompt manner which helped allay my nervousness
After an incident I’d never experienced before, and had felt unwell, I eventually spoke with a doctor on the telephone. The appointment was arranged via the 111service.
I had blood tests, and would’ve liked to discuss the results, but I wasn’t offered the opportunity to do so.
I’ve recently suffered a similar medical experience, after four weeks, and had to make an appointment at 8am. I would’ve liked to have seen a doctor this time, but was offered an appointment with a practitioner, and was told there were no GP appointments available for two weeks.
I have short term medication for the recent medical problem, but feel that the cause of feeling unwell requires further investigation, or at least, further discussion.
I have been a patient at the practice for twenty four years, but I feel the current quality of care is sometimes compromised.
Booked in advance but got one for when I needed it
As a new patient I felt very welcome. Doctor are very helpful and taking time to listen and explain.
I was able to get my appointment with my doctor but it was for 2 weeks plus before I could get in
