Nayars practice have always given me excellent service, always on top with all my care, Dr Kassar has rang in the past to see how I’m getting on, lovely receptionists always helpful & caring, in my opinion the best GP surgery going, always go above & beyond.I receive phone calls to let me know when my bloods need taking. The place is always clean & I give it overall 10 out of 10 Thankyou

I work in Rotherham so I can't call in to reception in person and can't wait on the phone at 8am for an answer when the queue times are so long. I can't use the call back option as when I'm at work I can't always take a personal call. Once I do get through, I've always got an appointment within a couple of weeks.

More receptionists to take calls and change the 8am on-the-day appointment service. Not everything is urgent that day but does require an appointment and not everyone is at home with time to waste on the phone.

Tried the online option and was very impressed. It phone call within an hour and an appointment the same day to see the doctor. No hassle waiting on the phone online definitely a good idea.

Had an appointment with A Crossland such a lovely understanding woman very empathetic and keeps you informed.

At times can be hard to get an appointment but mostly it's no to bad if you call early enough. Sometimes certain receptionists can sound abrupt on the phones.

Had a face to face appointment with Mrs A Crossland for my son 5th Feb, and I had one myself with her on her first day at the surgery. My son is on the pathway and I have never seen anyone be so patient, caring and understanding with him. 10/10 Thank you.

The telephone service and the appointment system could be improved. My daughter works for a surgery in Leeds and she was telling me how it is possible to get an appointment on the day and book future appointments. I believe their system should be used nationwide.
