I saw nurse Louise today I see her every 12 weeks for Vit B12 jab. We always have a little chat a catch up but everyone's really nice there... I know appointments run late sometimes but that's how it can be at a surgery some folks need a little more time than others. If I am late getting to see say Dr Martin Cassar he will always apologise and everyone finds Dr Nayar a GP you can really on..... he's special. I joined the practice in 1985 and my husband in 1993 and we have always been well served by this Practice Dr and Mrs Nayar a GP in her own right. Now with their family continuing the quality support we remain confident that they look after our family and I am grateful for their Care.
The administration girls are as helpful as they can be and again always good for a catch up chat too. I find Margaret especially good to talk to but they are all nice.
I feel lucky to have our health supported by this practice thy get full marks from me.
- Some receptionist more helpful than others.
- Time waiting for appointments too long.
- Appointment system.
- First practice nurse- this is how I felt- needs people skills training!
- Prefer to have more doctors.
- Reception could be better, long queues, waiting about in reception due to delays wasting patients time.
The Nayar Practice was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
