Utterly disappointing, I was told the Dr wanted to see me, then he proceeded to ask me why I'm there ? Proceeded to ask me who diagnosed me with the condition I have (It was him) only to fel dismissed until I've filled in a piece of paper (quiz) I feel it's rude to talk to the back of his head whilst he looks at the computer screen, looking for who knows what ? Overall I didn't feel this was a positive experience.

Suggested improvements
Take the time to read records prior to consultation. Actually engage in conversation with the person who is before you. You are missing important information such as body language and making the person feel heard.
