22nd December 2021

This surgery has impacted negatively on both my physical and mental health. The litany of negative reviews about their absolute travesty of a reception are borne out of desperation and sheet misery. Took them 6 months to sign me up. They lost my paperwork. Accused me of lying - they actually tried to say I didn't queue up for 20 minutes with it, one day. Luckily I had a witness. When you are signed up - a SAR request is messed up and nets nothing but more time and energy wasted on my part. I am a battered exhausted key worker - but they don't care about that because all they care about is trying to take the bad reviews down. Doctor - i saw in over the year I was signed up to them - is lovely. Very professional. He seems to know how truly vile and stressful the process prior to the appointment, is. I called in ill on Dec 15th trying to get an appointment. I had to do the usual beg haggle and call back 3 times. I missed her call but she did try. I detailed the experience on the 15th December in writing. I wrote in saying why should we have to endure the reception horror. I get a letter written on Dec 20th - twisting the tale to suggest I was to blame; of course they do this. It's their MO. Refute the army of upset locals who have endured this - and blame the tone of voice or tears of a sick person calling in, desperate to get some sort of service without having to beg for it. Lying doesn't alter anything though - as most of us learn by about the age of 5. I suggested I was going to report them to the GMC after the last round of begging. Horrble horrible people in denial about their nastiness.
