The worst Doctor’s Surgery ever been with! Can never get through on phone terrible place. Thank god I was accepted by another surgery and they far more pleasant, efficient and professional! I was only with Mote for just over a year having moved into the area! That was enough very stressful!

For a start answer your phones!! The Admin was poor as well as they never applied for my previous notes and I had to investigate the trail to have this confirmed by my previous practice. I sent in letter of complaint to Practice Manager had text saying would answer in full and never heard!
