We moved to this area about 2 years ago and have been very impressed with our care from this surgery. The online system is very efficient to make appointments and arrange repeat prescriptions on a routine basis. If we need emergency care a doctor will call us back same day and, if thought appropriate, fit in a same day appointment. Appointments for doctors are almost always on time and although we have experienced 30 mins wait for nurse appointment, this is still within a very acceptable range compared to our previous surgery in a different location. The moat house is by far and away the most wonderful, caring, efficient GP practice my family have had. I cannot fault the care each member my family have received. I work in healthcare and I know how hard services have to work in order to deliver excellent care - the moat house stands out.
