Attended the surgery today after concern about my health .I was immediately seen by Dr Ali who took time to ascertain my concerns and then explained concisely his actions.
After pulse and blood pressure was taken and a physical examination he immediately arranged with the practice nurse Fiona to do an ECG. After a further consultation a further type of blood pressure reading was taken before I was allowed to leave the surgery. I have to return tomorrow for blood tests and was given advice on what to do if certain situations were to arise.
The service provided by Dr Ali and Fiona was first class and faultless.
A credit to the NHS.
