The GPs are generally very good if you can see a regular GP for an on going issue. However, the reception staff are extremely unhelpful and very rude, they do not care about personal difficulties and have no interest in helping out the patient. The most stressful part of trying to get an appointment (other than having to wait at least a month) is having the receptionist either disregard your needs or try to tell you information about your long standing health condition. With receptionists that clearly have medical degrees why would you even need an appointment. I am trying to find another GP surgery just so I do not have to deal with the receptionists here again.
