All the staff are very good. Appointments are not too easy to get but think this is a nationwide problem (too many people). the only thing that lets it down in the online experience Web site is not at all user friendly difficult to find things and the user ID is a great long number (not of your own choosing) so is impossible to remember, so you have to write it down and then cannot use the service unless you have the relevant piece of paper to hand.
