Long wait to see a specific doctor but have always been seen if a real emergency. Doctors are in the main polite, helpful and knowlegable with the exception of one who is well known among patients. Most staff will be as helpful as the job allows, sometimes there are human errors but that will occur in any practice, these are not frequent.
Premises being decorated as we speak...about time! Toilets are outdated and not always clean.
