One of the receptionists is dreadful. Really unprofessional and rude!
When I asked her name she said “Jesus Christ” and slammed down the phone.
She is constantly unhelpful. I needed to book a blood test and she was really uncooperative.
The best thing you can do is ask one of the doctors to call you back as they are really helpful and kind. The receptionist will then, sometimes help.
