When I phoned to report I found a lump in my breast, I had called on my lunch break. I got an appointment the very same day and was taken seriously. The reception staff have great knowledge and are always so very helpful. I've never had trouble making an appointment and if I have a query it is dealt with quickly and efficiently. The reception team are compassionate, caring and very professional and I am very fortunate to be a patient here
