Primary care is great and quick to refer to secondary if needed.
All the Doctors are very caring towards the patients and understanding.
The receptionists are polite and helpful.
The dispensary staff, and quite a few of them,
The dispensary staff are helpful, although it can take a while to get their attention even when the bell has been rung. Sometimes they will see you waiting but still expect you to ring the bell for service!
Overall a brilliant practice and we are very lucky to have them and the service they provide.

Interviews are friendly and usually free of a time limitation. Though advice could be given regarding daily habit, what for example is appropriate exercise for a heart condition, or the diet to heal a gastric problem. Standard answers and common complaints are not always valid. Doctors do seem to be obscure about their reasoning (including consultants). However judging from press reports, we at Capel are very fortunate in deed.

Everyone from the receptionist throughout pharmacy is extremely helpful and efficient. No complaints at all.
