This is an incredibly efficient, well organised surgery. Whether getting an immediate and accurate diagnosis for a serious illness (as I did with Dr. Jeffreys last autumn), getting an appointment or repeat. Prescriptions, everything is excellent. Why it is not CQC "outstanding" I do not know!
