Usman was an absolute delight to speak to on the phone. He gave me excellent, thorough and thoughtful advice on the vaccine as I was unsure on whether to get it. I wish all receptionists could be like Usman. He truly embodies what a good receptionist should be and has great interpersonal skills. The practice is very lucky to have him!
