My new medical condition started in mid February 2023. I did manage to see a clinician after 2 weeks. Not very helpful and told me to take painkillers which I had already been doing. Sent me on an ENT wild goose chase, even though I told him ENT symptoms were only part of the problem. After a lot of appointment requests online form filling, and phonecalls, I managed to see a Doctor at the end of April 2023. This resulted in a CT Scan and an urgent referral to a neurological Unit at my local hospital as brain damage was found (not mental). The practice Doctor messed up the referral and now the earliest hospital appointment I can get is in early June 2023. I could be dead by then! During this saga and before the CT SCan, I sent the practice a complaint about my (non) treatment. I recieved a reply saying I was not an emergency. Nobody saw me so how do can they say that. I feel VERY let down by this practice.

Suggested improvements
I should have been allowed to actually see a doctor at an early stage and fully explain my symptoms, instead of relying on an online AI form.
