Excellent experience with Dr Stephanie Matthews who is sadly only on rotation from Southend Hospital and will shortly be leaving the practice She has been very calming and reassuring at a difficult time and has organised hospital and specialist appointments speedily and kept us up to date with all outcomes and next steps.
