I have recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, so have made several visits to The Jones Family Practice, where the care as always is second to none. As soon as my condition was discovered I was contacted immediately by phone the following day, Dr Louisa Lui, the appropriate treatment was started immediately & I am now under the care of Dr Mahmud who is very caring & informative.
I have always recieved great care from this practice, from all members of staff doctors, nurses & receptionists everyone is so kind & caring.
When I moved to this area what a revelation it was to find a practice as this, as my previous surgery had been both unfriendly & uncaring.
