I have a gout attached in my left toe which became blistered and burst. I called to make an appointment at 11.35 and waited over 25 minutes being told "you are 1st in the queue" but had to hang up. I called again at 3.25 pm being 10th in queue and waited until 4pm before being told "no appointments today, you can see a nurse but you wont get any treatment such as antibiotics. You'll have to call at 8.00am tomorrow or call 111!!" What superb service!

Suggested improvements
All I needed to do was speak to a Dr/ send pictures of the state of my toe.....what less than 5 minutes to make a decision? It is NOT for receptionist's to make medical decisions!!
