The reception staff, polite and helpful. The waiting rooms are very clean and tidy and appointments time very good.

It is good to have Receptionists who know you and are willing to help. I was not able to use the automated attended system (it didn't register me). However, although the two receptionists were on the phone, one waved to me and indicated to take a seat. Perfect service. Thank you.
