I had a phone consultation and was asked to come in - having had really parsis which has left my body with scars - I know my arm body and the continual different doctors means they do not - so now I still have only got a cream - which I did not need to wait 50 minutes.

The reception/admin staff are always lovely!
They are consistently friendly, polite, professional, helpful and approachable!
They will always go the extra mile in order to look after patients and resolve problems!
It would be an improvement if we had some regular docs for continuity of care.

Got appointment at my convenience and in reasonable time frame. Reception staff really caring and helpful when I was late for my appointment and GP fitted me in GP listened to be and I felt confident in diagram and appointment prescription.
