Not much! Waiting 40 mins to get into a booked appointment is not good! I.e 40 mins late. Someone needs to sort this surgery out asap. Its appalling and not providing a service anywhere near adequate.

Need more diabetes specialists!

I would like a doctor with good knowledge of diabetes to be ultimately responsible for my care when decisions are made confidently.
At the moment I rely on my consultant for advice not the practice nurse.

Could do with a bit more help, I mean it seems to be that generally everything is hard work and the bunch doesn't stop here.
I must say staff try as best as they can but I feel like their hands are tied in various ways.
