Very friendly staff. Gave info in a very easily understandable manner.
Very lucky to be able to have an appointment on the day - however, this is only because I was free. I fear I would have had to wait if I didn't have the day off.

Since combining with Somerton the surgery has really changed. Ridiculous opening hours. Unable to speak to receptionist at Ilchester , Somerton receptionist not as friendly or knowledgeable as previous Ilchester ones.

I would like to thank Louise Stenner for her kind and caring professional manner towards me. Informative and thorough examination and kept me informed of treatment options.
Reception staff always professional and helpful, very kind and courteous.

I had to ring 8 times to get through which is not acceptable. Before recent changes it was far easier and I would no longer recommend this practice!

This surgery has gone Downhill since Dr Dennis and Arathoon and Holmes left.
