The doctor was helpful but it takes longer to explain all circumstances and health problems to one who doesn't know you.
Receptionists are pleasant and helpful but often there is a long queue before they get to one.

Staff are always friendly my only fault is as I work 8 till 4 I have to go to Somerton relying on public transport so a 10 min appointment takes 2 hours at least.
It would be helpful if Ilchester could be open earlier or later. So that people who work can get a doctor's appointment if Ichester had early appointments, then Somerton the late ones or Visa versa.

19 minutes to get through to the doctors to make an appointment/speak to someone. If I was an elderly or vulnerable person this could be very difficult for them. Appreciate you are busy, but that is a joke! Sort it out symphony!
