Receptionist excellent at Ilchester. No problem getting appointment for family member. My appointment was for blood test nurse excellent. my only criticism is having to sometimes call and get through to Somerton, but now this has changed to being able to call Ilchester direct much relieved. Ilchester Linsey much more helpful than Somerton.

There should be a partition between reception and waiting area to make more private. ordering further medication should be made more easier and to be able to order by phone, i.e, if you are unable to get to surgery. The staff including the reception should be routinely trained to be more helpful and competent to patient, as they are very unhelpful when they want to be to the point of being unapproachable.
