Lack of appointments is horrendous. Lack of care or empathy from reception staff. Having a child wait until 10 weeks for a 6 week check up and receive 8 week jabs at 10 weeks - unacceptable. Postnatal care - horrendous.

Staff pleasant and helpful. Very efficient nursing staff.
Less emphasis in on time contact. Losing some of the friendly, personal contact that some people need.

Making contact by telephone is far more difficult with the combined practice than it was when you contacted the practice direct. There are still staff in reception so why can you not go straight to the people who know you and deal with you!
